RCMac,,,,so if Vivus was smart they would acquire the needed number of shares , hold them in escrow and pay out sometime next year.

Lock in the cost of shares at a lower price in 1998 (may have done it already at $2-3 a share)_......

Spoke with RW this pm. He claims it should take 60 days for the courts to "approve" the settlement.
