X, intermediate-term trading(one to three weeks) that involves less trading, less tormenting, and more profits sounds good to me.

Not that it matters but this isn't one of my longs. On the way down you can indiscriminately short any net stock but on the way up you need to be a bit more selective with your long list.

Impressive rebound in this stock. Good luck.

Clint

ABOV--i bought yesterday all the way down to 65 3/4...i picked up 4000 shares @ at an average of 75 and then sold all 4000 today between 82-84...

i still have a little more than 3000 shares from buys on the previous days<low 80s average> and i will hold these shares until the stock hits 55-57 post split...

fwiw, steve harmon said this morning on his thread that he thinks abov is fairly priced at current levels...

where was he when i was short this stock..??..

tomorrow depends on the JOBS REPORT...

FWIW, the cibc and lehman analysts should try to make sure their reiterations are picked up by reuters next time...kinda defeats the purpose of a reiteration if very few people<bloomberg only> see what you have to say...

i am rather unimpressed by the work of net analysts as a whole...they are greater whores to their stocks than the analyst community has ever seen...

the net sector as a whole is nearing an inflection point...the precipice is near...if they go down hard again tomorrow, expect a MASSIVE round of margin calls to begin for longs...

and this will of course only cause more selling, which leads to more margin calls...you guys get the picture...

i picked a very bad time to change my stripes and actually buy some net paper...but i felt protected by the split, the underwriters and the end of the quiet period...

however, i actually expect the jobs data to be ok tomorrow...a hard relief rally in the naz is due...we shall see...

good luck to longs and shorts...
