Glad to see WCOM quit bidding NXTL and MediaOne. It's a smart move. I wish to see WCOM to buy winners not losers in the future.

L: WorldCom still has a problem - no local distribution of their own - no mobile capability. They might do well to be satisfied with being a wholesaler of fibre optic trunking. You can't catch up without bold initiatives. ATT stepped up to bat while Bernie is still arranging the deck chairs.
