ProCyte's president purchased 225,000 shares at $.45 cents, so it doesn't appear he is worried. There is also other insider BUYING and I am comfortible buying with insiders :)

Believe the shareholder number does not include those who hold shares in street name, so actually the number of shareholders is probably much higher.
