I'm one of the 458. A note of caution on insider buying. They usually have no clue where the stock price is going. Not that their buying is a bad sign- I just wouldn't put too much hope in it. If they start to sell heavily though- then you should be concerned. I'm holding this dog till it gets off the porch or dies trying. <g>

Hi Malcolm:

<ProCyte's president purchased 225,000 shares at $.45 cents>

Is this an additional recent purchase. If so where did you
find such data. I have been checking the insider buying
at Yahoo Finance Stock Quotes.

Does anyone have an opinion as to how much of the recent
quarterly sales increase is due to the purchase of Huma Tech
on April 27, 1998?

Today I received the first quarter report. I am glad to see
that they are economizing on the paper format of the report.
It has some encouraging information. I wish the stock market
would agree as well.
