I am very rusty on pooling but perhaps when you pool MID-YEAR you get to keep the pre-merger sales as part of your own,
Let me add to you post. Based on my understanding in a pooling for accounting purposes its as if the two companies were always one company and never two separate companies. Even prior years financial statements are restated for all accounts(Income Statement & Balance Sheet)to show the two companies as one.

IF this is all the SEC is looking at(and so far based on the information in the press release, that is all they mention), I have to agree with you and say BIG DEAL! This should not affect the business going forward. To the SEC it must have been a big deal or they would not have halted our trading, I just don't get it.
