This is from the bankruptcy docket. Looks like case was closed, then Black Sea filed an appeal with Circuit Court of Appeals to keep it open. Now it looks like it has been closed again. Court records don't indicate "Closed" yet on the header part, but the last entry looks like it is closed. If this baby isn't closed, we won't see any financials etc. Anyone know what is going on? Anyone talked with the company. Need some help please. P.S. Looked at the other two cases that evolved out of this one and they are both shown as closed a couple of weeks ago
