"m Opus Dei..." Gustave, I have to compliment you in pointing out Opus Dei! I thought only us with cultures rooted in "Mitteleuropa" understand such refinements such as Opus Dei! gg This is probalby one of the most subversive, and anti-Semetic organizations in Europe! In Italy, they are not as strong in France and Spain, where they do virtually control the power, "dietro le quinte!" In Italy, unlike what most people think, the power of Opus Dei is limited becasue thanks God. Italians for most part have other priorities! GG As for Moslem in Europe, they are here to stay! When I pass the Stazion Centrale, I see them all overe! I am sure in your country it is pretty much the same! There is nothing we can do. The only two countries in Europe that have the influx under control are Switzerland where they have complex quota system on immigration, Greece, where they so bloody uncivilized that beats them! (that is with the exception of Palestian and Kurdish terrorists that have been welcomed with the open arms!!) We in Italy provide these people with humane treatment, regardless of thier religion or race! We don't look at their skin color! This doesn't mean we like them to come here, but since our law enforcement alows them, and our laws protects them, then we provide them with jobs, education and welfare so they can live with dignity. Thanks God we don't have here people like Jean Marie LePen or Arlette Laguiller. You Know what extremes I am talking about! We don't like to see racism against these people in Europe. This how it always begins, first against Moslem North Africans, then against Turks and European Moslems, then against Armenians, and finally against the Jews in Europe. I have read Stefan Zweig and I am aware of Dryfus Affair. But I don't think todays immigrants are "skunky" or "stinky." There skin colour is not like ours, but they are intitled to respect. Mr. Jaeger, when the SS Einsatzgruppen lined the to Jews on the Umschlagplatz the called Jews hooked nosed, skunky and sub-human! I think it is unfair to refer to them in such terms. One small correction, can't comapre the post war Jews,withthe immigarants.
