Kurt, Wish that Corel had not used Heddy Lamar on their packaging. I wonder how many copy-cat cases may arise. The responsible thing for management to do is make a comprehensive review of any such further exposure, prepare accordingly, and make some statement as to how the problem is being corrected along with steps taken to prevent any future such exposure.
