Hutch - there you go again - as RR would say - if you sign a confidentiality agreement - and even if you have some doubts - do you breach the agreement? They have the best legal help available - and the advice may well have been this 'a confidentiality agreement is just what it says - if you breach the agreement what credence will any agreement you sign in future have'. But we don't know the circumstances and so it's easy for you to make a loose allegation n'est pas?
