Please explain....

per your posts,
the CCI prospect (project) that per your own words
got you "here" in the first place.

Please also explained what happened to this "project".

Also please tell us who you met at TSIG.com during your purported
"unannounced" visit last December and what were the dates
in December you supposedly visited the company.

Probably because I'm doing a project for a CCI prospect. And they like the idea, and it may be a green light. No guarantee, but looks good.

And please no questions, and no I cannot tell who or how big, but wow! That's how I got here to begin with.

Instinct tells me that the PP will probably cause dilution but if the company continues to execute as it has, I think we'll see revenue at the bottom line this quarter and much more as time progress's.

While I don't want to diminish its importance (the PP), God knows how hard I hammered on the subject last week, I believe that it will be a fact of life but not so that we won't reach our destination. Profitability.

As I have once said I have a large client that is in the proposal mode and it looks like it will happen. The dollars are too large to comprehend. They have shut me down so I have to live with snipets from lower level people.

SC,

A fairly simple inquiry that could have been made and posted by yourself in less time than it takes to post again your repeated diatribe. Of course there would have been the natural twist to the negative so necessary with every observation made so far. However others could have verified your DD and placed the information in the proper perspective.

Have you even considered having the investors, imagined or real you say you deal with, including yourself, if indeed a shareholder, to cast support to the initiative being assembled at this moment? From all the continuing complaints lodged over and over again, I would have thought this would be a very stong step in satisfying your desire for a control factor.

It also seems amusing that the reappearance of your rehash comes opportunistically at the times associated with what looks to be this stock's reemergence toward accumulation. That seems to equate to an attempt to slow down the investors entry and hold the stock in abeyance.

Naturally these factors leave no consideration other than to assume there is an ulterior motive behind your, so called, sugestive aid to the shareholders in making them acutely aware of your opinions dressed with your expected consequenses. Your continued secrecy concerning yourself and probable involvement with some faction/s of TSIG and/or present or prior management and/or their prior business associations along with the continued negative strain of every post leads readers no alternative but to consider there is a definite agenda being played out here.

Just my opinion

Bob

Sword, I'm long this stock and expect to make a profit on my investment at some point, but share many of your concerns. I think this post of yours is extremely well thought out and articulated. I don't take offense from it and think it benefits the thread.

Unfortunately, some of your earlier posts have given you a bad rep and I think that's hard to overcome now. If some of your critics could put aside your "baggage" and re-read this post objectively, they might be more appreciative as I am.

I have "voted" my shares with REW to support Marty's appointment to the BOD BTW. I have to guard against a personal weakness to be swayed by the exuberance of those who are too one-sided. I have long appreciated the scholarship of Marty's posts, and more recently, Suzanne's as well.

If you have some personal vendetta against TSIG.com or its management, though, I think you would do yourself credit by coming clean on that front with the thread - it could build credibility IMO.

Anyway, good job with your post of May 6 at 9:33!

Paul

Sword, perhaps later I will get a chance to respond in more detail. Right now I'll simply make two points. Shareholders can make a huge mistake by sitting passively by, leaving everything up to management, and never challenging anything. On the other hand, shareholders (current and potential) can make equally huge mistakes by being too paranoid. PARANOIA DOES NOT LEAD TO TRUTH! Some of the issues you bring up continuously are events that have happened in the past and ARE NOT GOING TO BE CHANGED! Let us accept this reality. I prefer to accept things as they are now and attempt to influence events in the future. That is why I call Paul Henry and ask about loan conversions. If you want to hold TSIG stock, then you must accept Robert Gordon's past--'cause he ain't going anywhere! My second point is that the employees don't buy their options. These options are granted to them. Once they exercise their options (i.e. buy x number of shares at y price), then perhaps they do have to register their shares for sale. Just a clarification. Sword, I disagree with many of your ideas and methods but do appreciate some of the hard facts you have brought to the thread. Regards, Suzanne
