John: If insider trading takes place, it must be declared. But to whom?? I do not believe that Canada Stockwatch carries it nor any of Canadas Financials. The market maker will have the info on who is buying and selling. Does he provide this to an agency who then makes it public.

I only ask as you may already know the answer. If not then do not bother to research. Would it be appropriate to ask SGI directly? If this info is supposed to be public knowledge after a certain period of time has elapsed then SGI should not have a problem making it public knowledge. This could be disclosed on their web page (haha) if it indeed is available somewhere as public knowledge. If they are buying then I would think that we would want the whole world to know as this would display the confidence they have the company.
