The weakness in AOL is due to AT&T's aggressive acquisition of MediaOne. I think AT&T went too far this time. From what I hear, there is a high probability that the deal may not close due to anti-trust consideration. I do not think that the FCC will let AT&T be the monopoly in cable. When this deal falls through or people realize that this deal may fail, AOl will take off again.

I don't see how it could go much lower. If it dips into the 115-120 range again I would have to say buy some at this level it may be the last change. I still feelthat the stock will be at the 225-250 range by the end of the year.
