"Not often do we get a chance to load up before the train leaves the station. "

Not to bash anyone (especially not Pat), but it seems to me that if
you've been invested in NN (which I have been, and still am), that
we've had more than ample opportunity to do this. I'm starting to
wonder if the coal stoker has left the train.

One man's perspective, FWIW

Pat, with 4000 platform from JV with TeleHub, which combined Signaling System 7 (SS7) interworking,
across the Newbridge multiservice, multi-access ATM platform which provide siwtch 4 substitution, and can perform everything what 36170
can(FR,CE,TDM,LMDS,ADLS,IP etc) on one unify platform, I am not surprised that Bell Atlantic is doing business with NN.

Why they should used "multibox" platforms form others, if they can do it on one.
I may be wrong , but I suspect that BEll is using ASND gears to suppost legacy network based on gears from Cascade, before ASND bought it, and all new networks wre runing on NN platform.
