Mike: I believe your way off base there. I know two of us have had conversations with management and management says the only way shorts are covering is on the open market. Now that doesn't preclude a short from coming to you are I or any other shareholder that has registered shares and gets the dividend and asks us to buy or rent our dividend form doing business. But management is not letting them off with a private placement or any other type of financing. They've had offers to do that prior to this and have rejected them. KMT
