PLX TECHNOLOGY INC (PLXT)- Quarterly Report (SEC form 10-Q)
Todd:
some highlights from 10-Q report

NET REVENUES
Net revenues for the three months ended March 31, 1999 were $8.9 million, an increase of 65% from $5.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 1998. The increase was primarily due to higher unit shipments resulting from increased market acceptance of our products. For the first quarter of 1999, 72% of net revenues were derived from customers in the United States, with 28% of net revenues from sales to Unique Technologies, our U.S. distributor. No other individual customer represented greater than 10% of net revenues.

GROSS PROFIT

Gross profit represents net revenues less the cost of revenues. Cost of revenues includes the cost of purchasing packaged semiconductor devices from our independent foundries, our operating costs associated with the procurement, storage, and shipment of products, as well as royalty expenses paid on some of our products. Gross profit for the three months ended March 31, 1999 was $5.7 million, an increase of 66% from $3.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 1998. Gross profit as a percentage of revenues was 63.5% for the three months ended March 31, 1999 compared to 62.9% for the three months ended March 31, 1998.....

Todd: Man, I am beginning to love this little stock, never thought it would do anything when I ioi-ed for the IPO and was even remorseful when I got the share. Well, what a nice little surprise this has been, better performance than many of the so called hot iNUTS. You still holding it?
