Gibbons....Thank you for your help. EVERYONE.....They were right on top of this for me. They are working on the problem and help me get back on with dummy words. So anyone that is considering quote.com and has been concerned about the service, I can say that today they are here for me and I deeply appreciate their prompt help. Gibbons, Could you please tell me what volume means on the ES9M? Is that true volume or tick volume? I know the large contract (SP9M) is tick volume, but I believe, maybe incorrectly, that the mini is true volume. Thanks. -Scott

We have moved the server that hosts www.qcharts.com to another location, but it may take a while for the Internet DNS system to distribute the new address around. The old server on which this was located will still be up for a while, but happens to be down today for maintenance purposes. If you have trouble accessing the help or download pages you can use the address qcharts.com/ or qcharts.quote.com/ instead of www.qcharts.com/ for any of the web addresses for these resources. qcharts.quote.com Download page qcharts.quote.com Beta Page qcharts.quote.com Help pages Also, our email system is down right now, so if you send messages to quote.com it is likely they will bounce. The mail should eventually be delivered when the systems are restored. There is a new beta version available - 2.2 build 1.
