Floyd, Cost basis is low, but what bothers me the most is if we are in a never ending series of lawsuits where MO dies by a thousand cuts, or do we reach some sort of equilibrium where the company can be valued without a multi billion dollar litigation risk. I have my doubts on the break up of the food and tobacco groups simply because their is no way to shelter any spinoff from the litigation at this point, so the value of the food group cannot be unlocked. ---- Dave
