FOR ETRADE CUSTOMERS: If your dividend does not show up in your account by next Wed or Thur, then you should call and find out what the heck is wrong. It should be automatic. I described the situation to the service represenative-he mentioned that they have delt with situations like this before and should have no problem at all in getting you your dividend.

PS. ETRADE generally does not deliver shares to you in CERT form if there is a restriction on them.....

TO ALL: IMPORTANT

We need to clarify some terms, the stock goes ex-record date on Friday as stated in the last PR.

It must go ex-record first and then MDIN will declare that it is ex-dividend. After it goes ex-div, your broker will be notified and you can call or write him after the ex-div date to collect your share dividend. Your broker may not have knowledge of the dividend until after the ex-divided is declared.
