Hello Douglas, As I had predicted on my earlier post, Cernomyerdin is going to succeed, not Ivanov, or the Russian Prime Minster, but Cernomyerdin! He left the office before the financial crisis, so the blame for screwing-up Russian finances went to lesser figuers and his reputation was saved. Yeltsin wants him to run for the Office of the Presdient and win. The West and the United States want the same thing. So, he is going to make peace in Balkans and win the Russian presidential election. KLA will be subdued and Rugova will head the first autonomus Kosovo. US will gain a foot hold in Kosov and we will have to stay there for the next 50 years, Germans will get there way, and we all live to celebrate the year 2000 in Tour D'argent.
