Great point Pat! I hadn't thought about the control issue. How in the world could he not keep the beneficial control of the company and still feel secure in his investment?

Pat, you could just have a point there. Rob Gordon was compelled to award all those 1998 $0.15 options to himself so that he could protect the company from a hostile takeover. heh heh heh... waxing his moustache. *NOT!!* And in the process he just happens to pocket some humongous profits for this very dangerous job.
