I have known American Catholics associated with Opus Dei, and they have not been anti- Semitic. However, it has a tendency towards "clericalism", which is meaningless in the States but not in countries like Spain, can involve a propensity to treat non- Catholics as "second class citizens", and can be anti- Semitic...

Mary, Thank you for your post. Opus Dei are the militant arm of the Catholic Church. They are the Jesuits! These hypocrits are as bad as Nazi's. In the last days of the WW II, they provided the most the German Nazi's, Italian Fascists, and Slovenian Ustascha obtain false diplomatic passports and to escape to South America! They co-operated with Vichey in France and Nazi's in Germany in a shameless manner. Today, in France and Spain they are very powerful pressure groups.
