You and Abby Cohen could set the record straight <gg>...I'm sure you would enjoy the Bull vs. Bear debates on CNBC or maybe the interviews with Mark Haines. Mohan & all - DELL filed a preliminary proxy statement [form PRE14A] with the SEC yesterday re the July 16 annual meeting. It appears that the stock splits will continue as the Board is planning to increase the authorized shares to 7 billion from 3 billion.
