CB, as an attorney, aren't you familiar with the heart of the law, and those little bits and pieces of here and there law? It probably requires a specialist in that particular discipline.

Are dental expenses, incurred from sticking one's foot in mouth, recoverable?

Exchange the word "defamation" for the word "embarrassment."

"Embarrassment" originated with Edwarda's post. I suggested that you substitute "embarrassment" for the word "defamation" in my post.

Business Wire has asserted that the Webnoders accused them of being involved in fraudulent activity. This could constitute dilution and be actionable. Keep things in context, please. And try to see both sides.

Being a parent has taught me that there are always two sides, and that no one is all right and no one is all wrong, and that there is always, always an instigator in a conflict. In the Webnodes case, I am quite positive that it was their actions and inactions that lead to the deterioration of their relationship with Business Wire. That's my opinion, based on my own personal interactions with Janice and co., and also based on reading the press releases and Business Wire's statements.

Can't stay and play with all you people that have too much time on your hands right now. Sorry to say, I don't have enough time on my hands. Just got home from my four mile a day walk, cooked a nice dinner, helped my kids with their homework, worked in my garden...
Oh sigh... Life is good :) You guys oughta try getting a life sometime.

Too much internet not good.
