You are right. Cistron needs no CEO. Genome gets $1 million dollars if they sell CIST for $1.

Heck, there is a line of cash poor small biotech and medical device companies that will pay a minimum of 70 cent a share for just Cistron's cash alone...

Why are Cistron shareholders paying for 2 CEO's?

So in essence for the month of May Cistron has 3 CEO's managing a $4 million dollar biotech company?
