Rhys -- I didn't mean to cast a shadow on TM by saying Alan should be promoted to CEO. Far from it. I'm simply saying Alan's been doing the job of CEO and COO both and that's too much to ask of anyone. He's done a good job cleaning up the old regime's messes and even now he's willing to accept the responsibility for a situation that never would have happened if everyone had been doing his or herjob. It's magnanimous of him to accept the blame but frankly a lot of people screwed up. BTW, I'm glad you checked out the website for Paragon Management Systems. When the CEO gave real life situations where designs were altered based on availability of certain parts it was pretty impressive. Glad you stopped by. It's been a long time since I've seen you post.
