Yes, but why do YOU want them to file. IT can't be because you want to invest. You don't play OTC. It Can't be because you are concerned for the people investing, because clearly there is no love lost between you and the PABN threadsters. I doubt it is because you have a past relationship with the company. I don't think you are in the securities business. ---------------------------------------- So why do you care so much? Why just the handfull of companies like BIGG, AZNT, etc , do you wish to see financiials? The SEC has made filing within a year or so mandatory. Seems to me, if this isn't quick enough, then the beef would be with the SEC. ------------------------------------------------------------ So really, I am dying of morbid curiosity, why do you want to see financials?
