I believe the other suppliers of xray steppers in addition to SAL are SVG Lithography and Cannon.

First of all real time99 you can take your condescending (gee whiz)attitude and stuff it.Some of are very frustrated waiting.JMAR is always talking about the new and exciting products that are just over the rainbow. If you are so well informed then maybe you can tell us where the rest of the brightlight products are? All last year JMAR kept talking about them. Now it is hard to even find them mentioned in 1998 10k.The BL1001 is not even being "pushed" by JMAR.None are being built as far as I can tell.Another product that may never see the light of day?
