A lot of folks follow the activities of a stock promoter named Liviakis. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to post the link to an article that was posted on this thread some time back about this individual and his company.

Just a few months ago this stock, already somewhat a favorite of shortsellers, was in danger and within days of being delisted as it was trading under a dollar with very few assets. That was before Liviakis' involvement.
Some short sellers no doubt are attracted to dilutive type stock offerings, converts, poor fundamentals, little cash, little sales, etc., etc., all of which have been hashed and rehashed on this thread. I'm sure there are other reasons as well, hope this helps,
