Yes, once again...funky numbers. I don't have a clue who is right, and rarely use SPX gaps, but when they do happen they are important, no doubt about it. I am working on a set of rules for trading SPOO gaps as they seem to close more often than not, so I would like to add that to my trading strategy.

If you find anything out about it, let me know.

When you get the "opening" price for the SPX at 9:30:01, how many of the 500 stocks have actually opened? If it's not all 500, is it really an opening price?
