True, but in many cases such as this the insiders will issue NEW shares to the outside investor rather than sell their own. While their shares become diluted in the process, it sends a much more confident signal to the market.

Even with the additional shares out, the float would not have changed so you can't tell me that concern about the float was a cause.

With regard to the stock price... until we have a day where we close up followed by another up day we wont see folks looking to jump in. Right now everyone is trying to time the bottom. The real trick will be jumping on in time. I've seen this baby move! So far I don't see a change in the momentum; however I think at these prices it will look like a steal 2 weeks from now!
