I thought he hedged a lot on earnings. I realize that he can't say too much right now, but I certainly didn't see him as certain that WS would be happy with the Q's results. Maybe he has wised up a little and has decided too be more conservative and let the earnings report speak for itself, instead of raising expectations only to see the stock sell-off after the fact like last time. There is NO WAy, imho, that he was a confident as he used to be as to how WS would accept the coming report. El
