Thank you. I know that you are not going to believe this (I almost can't bring myself to say it) but there are a whole lot of people out there who know call center technology better than I do. If I can recognize what is going on, they certainly should. As far as JC's giving guidance, my transcript tells me that he might have done some of that at the meeting.
