Dear Mike, I'm not sure about your statement and have been trying to understand. Gel Tech LLC (limited liability company) is the Gummtech and Biodelivery J/V. However isn't it true that Gel Tech Industries (now called Biodelivery according to Dan Z) ownes Zicam and Gel Tech LLC is the distribution company? See new release and copy of ABI listing on Gel Tech Industries. The whole issue of Gel Tech LLC, Gel Tech Industries and Biodelivery is a bit convoluted and confusing, particularly as it relates to the benifit that will be realized by GUMM shareholders. It begs the question of who does what and who gets what.
