I think perhaps you're being a bit unkind, Ian. $15 million dollars is the same order of magnitude as the change Intel sweeps off the floor after purchasing meetings. It's barely enough to buy a 193 nm stepper, much less a 157 nm one. Yeah, it's a great vote of confidence and should help the stock short term, but Intel is hardly betting the farm on SVG tools.

Fortunately I haven't had to vist my local cooperage very often, but...Intel invests in all sorts of companies, some make it, some don't. Would $15 million cover a single 193 scanner?
