True enough. However, would it be in SVGI's interest to be viewed as a virtual subsidiary of Intel? There's already a perception floating around that SVGI functions as a sort of lithography R&D arm for Intel, and that SVGI serves Intel (and IBM) first and everyone else second. This perception may have made it more difficult for SVGI to penetrate the European and Asian markets. SVGI does not have much of a market cap these days. A really significant equity stake by Intel in SVGI may well have served to hurt SVGI in this regard rather than help it.
