I find the most evil touts the ones who recommend a stock with say, a bid of $.50 and an ask of $1.25 per share. That situation creates the potential for absolute highway robbery of unbelievable proportions. Individuals found guilty of such a crime should be used as human shields for the NATO bombers in Yugoslavia.
