I've always been suspicious of companies, like DGIV, that pay people to promote (hype) their stock. The old saying in advertising is, "The harder the sell, the worse the product."

If DGIV ever gets around to filing financials with the SEC, we might have some hard numbers for these "contracts" -- the clock is ticking down, and if they don't file by the fall, they will be booted off the OTC BB. Maybe the $9500 they spent with the new promoter would have been better spent complying with the SEC paperwork requirements. Assuming of course that they even care about staying on the OTC BB...
