Frank, wondering if that may be the central reason for the disinterest in IIXC which has had a " For Sale Sign " around it's neck since February.

Their fiber buildout began, if I'm not mistaken, in 97-98. Has the technology advanced that much since then?

Hi Frank:

As you undoubtedly know, the information carrying capacity
of fiber is much larger what is currently being achieved
even with advanced DWDM technology. If this untapped
capacity of existing fiber strands is ever harnessed, wouldn't
this produce a huge BW glut?
