To Sam: Insider selling percentages are always more
meaningful than the number of shares themselves. Michael
Dell recently sold several hundred thousand shares of
Dell but still owns Millions. I would think several of
these individual own in the hundreds of thousdands if
not a few million shares of DCLK. In any event due to
the higher lows we've been experiencing the past few
days I still believe we're close to resuming the uptrend
in DCLK very soon. Good Luck!!!

I was reading on the Yahoo board that the 100000 shares from O'Connor represent only 4.5% of his overall holdings in DCLK. Smart for him to diversify don't ya think? Also, form 144s do not mean the shares have been sold, only that they have been registered to be sold.
