that is true... the TA (transfer agent) would demand delivery of any short shares upon changing of listing from OTC:BB to NASD or with the issuing of a new cusip# or both.

That is not necessarily true....they can get them from the company (OS), or from some large shareholder(s)....I have seen it happen...The only thing is that they have to convince them to sell em....
