No problem about the confusion, rumors are driving CUBE higher lately:

There is also a buyout rumor afloat, but I have not seen that one in print like the Forbes article. INTC (or another player) may decide to swallow CUBE instead of merely playing alongside it. I'd look for a purchase price of mid-$30's or higher if that were to happen in the very near future. But I admit this is a rumor, as the Forbes reporter noted:
