Jon,

What software are you using to do a MACD of RSI? I assume that you are pulling a slow and a fast MA from the RSI data, and then building the MACD from that. Anyway, I don't use MACD as anything but a trend confirming indicator to back up my read of stochastics. I do not use the crossover, because it is way too late for trading purposes. Instead, I watch for it to turn off the bottom, or the top, and then I look hard at the slope. Also, I don't understand what taking the moving average of an indicator that's built from the averages of highs and lows, will do for you. It seems to me that you are still way behind from a timing perspective.
