"Since Gordo is listed as owner of over 40MM in the 10K, I guess he just needs a couple of buddies to put together the owners of over 50% of outstanding/issued ( or whatever ) shares." Bald, are you PRETENDING to believe that Gordon can vote the 40 million shares of which he is "beneficial owner", not outright owner? Do you know what "beneficial owner" means? Shall I explain it yet again? R. Gordon is the "beneficial owner" of 41 million shares which refers to the number of shares he COULD own within 60 days of the 10K date if he were to convert $4 million of loan into shares at $.15 per share. The company currently owes Gordon less than $350,000. Note the word "COULD" that implies a possible action in the future but not a current reality. This issue has been explained OVER and OVER again. I am starting a record today of people who continue to incorrectly use these numbers and terms, and if it persists, I will e-mail the SEC asking them to investigate the deliberate and malicious spreading of false information.
