Paul, does over valued = over-fed? Does under valued = under-fed?
Now, the real investing skill is buying now the under-fed, and in a correcting Sector, shorting the over-fed.
I think 221 to 136 shows a sign of over-fed so its just correcting, but for the veteran bulls here, I don't think they should worry. You'll notice every time a good veteran gambler leaves the table he never leaves @ the peak, some even give up 50% of their gains, before calling it a day.
Now, the one's I like to watch are the gamblers that jump in and out.
They call that "In out, In out and shake it all about", we have none of those here. What do you think??

AGREED - CDNW a much better value than AMAZON now and is also a takeover target. While AMAZON was flying CDNW was going down or stagnating. Now the directions will reverse.

>>There are many similarities between AMZN and CDNW

You didn't mention cash-flow and operating statistics, especially advertising/promotion as percent of sales. CDNow's financial management is horrible.

Using Amazon's debt without referring to cash is misleading. The fact is Amazon has immense operating flexibility, CDNow does not. CDNow is a marginal player at best.
