Good information in that post. It appears that WorldCom is having some difficulty in swallowing the MCI whale, while it tries to keep up with the competition. However, these will be the same type of problems that ATT will no doubt run into as they roll out cable telephony, along with data and video services. Media One and TCI most certainly do not have networks that will become seamless any time soon. Add to that the fact that local telephone service over cable will be a relatively new venture, and you have some significant challenges for ATT to conquer.
