Clinton played word games with the Chinese espionage questions. His literal answer was to the effect that no one told him that there were any theft of nuclear secrets by the Chinese. Anyways, he could've been playing "don't ask, don't tell" on this one as with other scandals. That way, the fall guy will always be below his level, including the Vice President in the fundraising scandals.
