Dave, actually the point is, in a sense, that I have NOT discovered Utopia, but rather live in a messy world of often tricky choices... At the moment, we are really talking about things like the sale of drugs such as heroin and crack. Granted that we cannot prove the incompetence of the adult user, do we really want to legitimize a business that knowingly preys on people with problems only to exacerbate them, and that guarantees return business through the high prevalence of addiction among users?
