Thanks Linda. I did not receive anything from my brokers regarding the new offer, even though I read that the new tender offer expires on May 14. Did you receive anything?

Linda, Is that means that PHG will be paying me the dollar, or is it the person that sold the calls? My broker or the exchange are not giving me a clear answer. Look at the exchange web page they have a document#RS99-281 at:

cboe.com
and type in VLSI.

Based on this document, it is not clear to me who should pay. It seems that you have been through this process before.
