Democrats are in the White House and city crime is down eight years in a row...but regional populations are unhappy with rapid changes occurring in society...In a few months Republicans will be in the White House and city crime will go up but regional populations will be calmer... We use to have a teen-age hot rod problem...then a counter-culture movement...and now a teen gun problem (and possibly a brow-beaten generation when looking at a broad cross-section)...Yes hot rods by manufacturers were legislated out of existence...but technology caught back up...U.S. manufactured motorcycle helmets were sued out of existence...U.S. manufactured general aviation aircraft were sued out of existence...(If the pilots of the small aircraft had been wearing the motorcycle helmets...)... I think we just need moderate broad society policies and leadership rather than an adversarial system... And entertainment should have genuine drama in it or else we don't need it...
